Owen and I are doing a new comic! It's called WICKEDPOWERED and it's about a team of beautiful laser-wielding girls from the future who come back in time to save humanity from a mysterious evil thing. DRUNKEN CARTOONIST MUGSHOT ACTION! The creator of the comic strip that makes ours look really good in comparison was just arrested for driving super-duper-drunk! And it's his second alcohol-related arrest in the past four months. READ ABOUT IT.
This is a guy who did a series of strips portraying Jon Stewart as a hook-nosed monster who sleeps with "drunken, underage boys" in order to get back at Stewart for publishing a gentle, funny parody of his strip in AMERICA: THE BOOK. In other words, this guy is an ASSHOLE. A drunken asshole, apparently.
And he's in 400 papers! What the frak?! Newspaper editors, stop publishing this drunken bastard's comic IMMEDIATELY. Don't make me write a LETTER to each and every one of you. I know how you hate getting letters about the comics page. *
