He could also be saying "It's alive." It cut out in the middle of the word.

Actually the line is, it's alive, it's huge, which was the slogan for the original Godzilla movie in America.

I'm pretty sure he's saying "It's a liger." Bred for its talents in magic? Fireballs? Am I the only one seeing this?

I believe he was saying 'it's a lie', after having watched 'Loose Change' so many times that his brain has melted and will think any horrific event on U.S. soil would be the work of George W. Bush and his evil henchmen.
