Apparently anybody can become a superhero. Ugh...

While I have no particular dislike of Mr. Grammer, It sure seems that the beast featured in the X3 trailer might be more appropriate in CATS!

I think the only way they could've gotten a "good"(and by "good" i mean what everyone would expect Beast to look like) Beast would be with CGI and damned if i'd wanna see a CGI Beast through the whole movie. On the other hand Kelsey Grammar fits the role of Dr. Hank McCoy rather well I think. He's proper, eloquent, and borderline homosexual.

Beast is supposed to be a well spoken, very well to do type of guy but he's also very large in stature.
Kelsey is both of these things. I think he'll make a good Beast.
(Really, the guy's pretty tall.)
I think the bigger question at hand is: WHY THE HELL ISN'T GAMBIT IN THIS MOVIE??

Ha Ha, I totally blew hot coffee out of my nose when I saw that crazy handshake this morning. And I DREW the damn thing.
What was I thinking?
I think he'll make a good Beast. I'm sure that any action scenes will be mostly CGI, since Beast's powers consist of not only super-strength, but also super-agility. It wouldn't be Beast unless you see him upside down in at least one scene. Plus, the new style for drawing Beast is to give him a cat-like face. He looks like a puma in one of the comics now. At least he has a mostly human face in the movie.
The hand shake thing kills me. I don't why, it doesn't stand out that much. I missed it until somebody pointed it out and now I can't stop looking at it.

I saw the Penny Arcade cartoon on Kelsey Grammar as Beast and assumed it was a joke. I can't imagine how he'll do.
