I actually think it looks better in black and white; the color makes the strip seem busy. You went a little over board with the shading and lighting effects. They seem very rough, like you didn't have time to finish it or something...I don't know...you might just be out of practice.

I'm just being honest; trying to offer some constructive criticism. There is no need to insult me.
I just prefer the manga feel of previous comics. I'm not insulting the artists talent. I love the use of color and lighting on the character page, for example, but this strip was not of the same quality.

Mind you, wheels *can* be quite frightening. Remember that cartoon about the dog whose tail got run over by a trike? He started chasing after wheels with blind hatred, and then caught an airplane wheel. It took him to a far away place.

I like the color. Hell, I read through most of the archives without realizing Ces had pink hair.
Some of the people who comment seem very critical. Your comics are gorgeous, insightful, and funny. You rock! Keep it up.

I like color better like everybody else, but doing a color comic takes a lot of time and an artist can burnt out more easily. I rather have a B/W 3 days a week instead of nothing at all. ...It took him to a far away place. That kills me. :) I don't remember where or when I saw that, but I have seen that.

Just think about R. K. Milholland (SomethingPositive.net, MidnightMacabre.com, NewGoldDreams.com.) The dude posts 15 strips per week, 12 of them in color, all at least half a page and all brilliant. Granted, he's late all the time, but he ALWAYS makes it up.

Love the comic! I read like 10 diferent online ones. Color is a plus here cause i too didn't realize Ces had pink hair until i loooked on the charachter page. Some of the charachter's comments also helped clue you in. Keep up the great work!

I have a lot of fun using color, I just wish I could do more of it. I'll try and get some color going more often. It's mostly just an issue of not having enough time. That said, strip 200 was done up quite quickly so that's a good sign for the future.
